Question 1

What is Taskorra?

Accepted Answer

Taskorra is a free all-in-one productivity app for meetings, tasks, reminders and journaling. You schedule meetings, share a booking link, manage your to-do list, set repeating reminders and keep a daily journal — in one calm place, on every device.

Question 2

Is Taskorra free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Taskorra is free to use — create an account and start scheduling meetings, adding tasks and setting reminders right away.

Question 3

Does Taskorra work on iPhone and Android?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Taskorra works in any browser and installs as an app on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac — no app store needed. Open taskorra.com, choose Add to Home Screen, and it works like a native app.

Question 4

How does the Taskorra booking link work?

Accepted Answer

You share one link. People see only the times you are actually free — your busy hours and blocked times stay hidden — and pick a slot. You both get an email, and the meeting lands on your calendar with reminders already set.

Question 5

Do reminders work when the app is closed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Turn on notifications and Taskorra alerts your phone or computer even when the app is closed. Meetings alert you 1 hour, 30 minutes and 5 minutes before they start. On iPhone, add Taskorra to your Home Screen first.

Question 6

Can I use Taskorra with my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a workspace, invite teammates by email, give roles, and assign tasks with due dates — everyone's meetings, tasks and reminders stay in step.
